On Monday 24th there will be an evening walk near Sutton Mandeville with the Tisbury Footpatch Club, leaving the Nadder Close Carpark at 6.10pm.  Please contact the walk organiser Tony Fordham to book your place on this walk, by e-mail at  andcfordham@gmail.com or text 07484 711267.

 

On Tuesday 25th the Carer Café for Carer Support Wiltshire will take place in Beatons from 10.30am to 12 noon.

On Wednesday 26th 

The Tisbury Memory Group has an interesting-sounding presentation about the author Georgette Heyer by Dr Jennifer Kloester who is a world authority on her.  This starts at Hinton Hall at 10am

 

Also on Wednesday, the Tisbury Gardening Club summer show takes place at the Victoria Hall starting at 8pm.  There will be Roses, sweet peas, plant stall, teas and coffees, and a raffle. All welcome.

 

On Thursday 27th 

There is a session for the Wiltshire Sight Social group at the Nadder Centre from 11am to 1pm

 

On Friday 28th 

It’s Family Friday at the Methodist Church from 2.30 to 4.30pm

 

On Saturday 29th  

 In the afternoon starting at 2.30pm, it’s Chilmark Fete in the beautiful grounds of Chilmark’s Old Rectory.

 The comedy drama film, The Miracle Club, will be on twice on Saturday at the Victoria Hall, Tisbuty.  Shows are at 2.30pm and 7.30pm and tickets are £8 adults and £5 for under 18s.  This is in aid of Tisbury Carnival and organised by the Carnival Committee, so enjoy a fun film and show your support for the Carnival at the same time! You can also support the Carnival by donating to its Crowdfunding campaign to raise a target of £2,500.  The Crowdfunder appeal and video can be found on Facebook or by searching for Tisbury Carnival Crowdfunder in Google.
