On Tuesday the TISBURY FLOWER GROUP is meeting in the Hinton Hall at 7pm and will be welcoming Sue Wall. Sue is a wonderful demonstrator who will be presenting ‘Re-use and Recycle’ floral arrangements.
And there will be GREEN DRINKS in The Boot Inn from 7:30pm with all welcome.
On Wednesday, there is a TISBUS outing to Portsmouth Dockyard, leaving at 9am. The fare is £15. To book a place contact Dave Milas on .07500 802525.
And TIS-TOTS will be in the Methodist Hall from 10-11:30am
On Thursday 2nd May through to Saturday 4th, at Summerleaze, the WORKSHOPS FOR ARTISTS are focusing on Portrait Painting. For more information visit: www.josephinec.co.uk
Also on 2nd May through to 4th, TAG ONE ACT PLAYS will be at the Woolstore Theatre, Codford, at 7:30pm each evening. Tickets are £8 or £20 for the 3 evenings and are sold through Ticketsource. The Box Office number is 0333 666 3366.
On Friday, Messums is holding 2 EXHIBITION PREVIEWS at 6pm.Both exhibitions will open on Saturday 4th.
· The first Preview is Jean-Vincent Simonet’s ‘UNIQUES’ a new series of photographic still life images.
· The second is ‘DA NADDER SOUNDSCAPE – A SEASON OF NO THINGS. This soundscape installation is set within the empty space of the tithe barn, the largest thatched building in the country.

On Saturday TISBURY COUNTRY MARKET will be in the Victoria Hall from 10am-11am.
And Cools Farm, opens its new COOLS FARM ORGANICS self-service farm shop. Local MP Dr Andrew Murrison will ribbon cutting at 11:30 to launch this new venture.
On Saturday evening, the ROH, Damiano Michieletto’s new production of CARMEN will be showing at the New Vic at 7pm. Running time is 225 minutes, with one interval. Tickets are £15 and £8 for under 18s.
And there is CURREYOKE NIGHT from 7pm at Tisbury Sports and Social Club.
On Sunday, there is an OPEN GARDEN at Old Fonthill Abbey Grounds with bluebell woods, Rhododendrons and a BBQ from 10:30-4:30pm. Donations raised are for Cure Parkinson’s and local charities.
On Monday, the May Day Bank Holiday, there is a Cinnamon Trust BIG WALK, starting from Hindon Village Stores at 9am. For more information call 01736 758701.
And later that day, there is the ANSTY MAY DAY celebrations from 1-5pm, with May Pole dancing, Morris Dancers, and plenty more.
